This Shipping Policy explains how Marvelle handles order processing, shipping, and delivery for purchases made through our website marvellecollection.com.

Average delivery time

  • Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it. Typically, processing takes one working day during the week, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days.

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Placing an order

The ordering process at Marvelle is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Select your product: Go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart". Ensure you have selected the correct variants.
  2. Proceed to checkout: When ready, click "Proceed to checkout".
  3. Enter your information: Fill in your correct address details. Click "Continue shipping" once everything is filled in correctly.
  4. Verify your address: On the "Dispatch" page, confirm your address. Note that not every shipment is free of charge. Proceed by clicking "Proceed to payment".
  5. Choose your payment method: Select your preferred payment method: iDeal, Paypal, Credit Card, Apple Pay and Klarna. All options are SSL-encrypted for security.
  6. Complete your order: Click "Complete Order" and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase.

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order above € 75,-. All of our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge, with a minimum order quantity of € 75 required.

Shipping your order

We ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. To maintain fair prices, we collect parcels in larger quantities and ship them together once we have reached our minimum quantity.
